Onsite Mobile App Changes

To be compliant and access the rail network, RIW cardholders must maintain valid subscriptions in the Rail Industry Worker system. Subscriptions ensure your roles and competencies are maintained in the system, and are connected to RIW cards.

If someone has an expired subscription in the RIW system, their roles and competencies will not be visible to auditors on the Onsite Mobile App until their subscription is renewed. This may result in their site access being denied.

You can check the subscription status of your workers in the Rail Industry Worker system by clicking Register/Login from the top menu.
